• Our staff and technicians are devoted to pampering and beautifying you.
• For your safety, our equipment is sanitized using a medical-grade autoclave system after each use. All files, pumices, slippers, and pedicure liners are discarded after each use.

• No refund for any services.
• For any reason, you are not satisfied we will re-perform the service within 3 days.
• We required 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Your promptness is appreciated. Failure to do so or a no-show will be asked to pay 50% amount of your service total would have been before booking a new appointment.
• Two last-minute cancellations or two no-shows will not allow you to rebook.
• All deposit is non-refundable, please read our policy before booking.
• Our staff and technician reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10mins late. You will be able to wait for the next available nail tech.
• For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
• We are not responsible for your lost or damaged cell phone or personal belongings.
• To provide you and others with a tranquil environment, we appreciate you lowering your voice and lowering the volume of electronic devices.
• Please keep your children under your attention for their safety and others.
• All prices are subject to change.
• The minimum charge is $10.00.
• We apologize that gratuities may not be placed on credit cards.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard except for American Express.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable, are not valid for cash, and expire one year from the date of purchase.
